All Lectures begin at 1.45pm and Members should please be seated by 1.40pm.

Our October Meeting however begins with our AGM at 1.15pm, Members are invited to be seated by 1.10pm please.

We encourage Members with hearing problems to sit at the front where we have allocated seating.  Please speak to the Committee Member who signs you in if you would like any assistance.

The Durrant House Hotel has two dining areas, offering a versatile lunch and snack menu.  Many Members take advantage of this facility to meet with friends for lunch before the meeting, or to enjoy tea afterwards.  You can also take a drink into the lecture with you.

There is free parking at the hotel.
